Problem Solving

PROBLEM SOLVING:

Problem solving is a mindset, it is hardly an ability; our job is to save the day.

  1. Understanding the customer’s point of view; we listen to our customers very carefully. Our objective is to identify the problem from what little they may say. We are not there to judge the motives.
  2. Identifying the problem; we ask questions, check all the resources, check logs and do a forensic digging in to identify the problem.
  3. Find a solution
  4. Fix the problem and follow up on the solution.
