PROBLEM SOLVING:
Problem solving is a mindset, it is hardly an ability; our job is to save the day.
- Understanding the customer’s point of view; we listen to our customers very carefully. Our objective is to identify the problem from what little they may say. We are not there to judge the motives.
- Identifying the problem; we ask questions, check all the resources, check logs and do a forensic digging in to identify the problem.
- Find a solution
- Fix the problem and follow up on the solution.
